How to Locate Your Course’s Webinar Room

View the Configuration & Practice Webinar Room Section First.

  • Click “My Courses”

  • Click on the picture/name of the course. 

  • The Webinar Room & Recording Links are located in the corresponding Webinar Room & Recording Links toggle in each virtual classroom.

  • In the virtual classroom, click the link that looks like the one below to access the Webinar Room and the Webinar Recording Links: 

    •  Click on the Course Room link at the top of the page.
    • Enter the webinar room through the “door” icon on the left-hand side.

    • Course webinar rooms remain locked until it is time for the course webinar.
    • Most often, instructors will unlock the webinar room 10 minutes before the scheduled webinar.
